Plastic PVC Bulk Material Centralized Feeding System
Dianmei offers material centralized feeding system. We have around 10 years of working experience in designing, making material compounding and feeding system. And yet we are still aiming for a better one in the plastic industry.
Material centralized feeding system can be used in plastic profile extrusion, plastic pipe extrusion, plastic pellets granulation, plastic compounding granulation, food material feeding system, medical field and chemical field.
For centralized feeding equipment, the management of material recipe, the accurate weighing and the conveying are three key factors in forming a good system in accommodating customer’s needs. Presetting different recipe based on the production schedules, it will be easy during production. The production history data can be fully recorded and printed for engineering guidance and analysis. The whole material blending system is PLC automation controlling. All critical information like speed, viscosity, temperature, levelling, valve opening are monitored by interface. Siren alarm will alert when emergency happens. and One of the benefits of the blending system by plc optimizes the production time. It increases a lot benefit for the factory.
Dianmei’s affluent experience in the plastic extrusion industry gives the capability in retrofit existing machine lines or develop new ones that will increase output and improve production efficiency.
There are two ways of feeding system, one is by vacuum feeding, another is by screw feeding. In the silo, there are two levelling sensors, fixed at up and down of the silo. The vacuum loading machine sent the blended material into the silo. When the material below the down sensors level, the vacuum loading machine works, send the blended material into the silo. When the compounding material reaches the up-level sensor, the vacuum stops working. This is one working cycles. The system is designed for multiple extrusion machine lines. The material conveying and storage are in stainless steel pipe. It is environmentally friendly with dust collecting measures. we will design the material feeding system according to customers needs.
