PVC Mixing Machine Features

PVC mixing machine include heating mixer and cold mixer. The function of mixing machine is to mix, color, dry various plastic resin, such as pvc, polypropylene, poly chloride, pp, pe.

The pvc mixing machine has following features

1. all parts contact with material is made of SUS304. The plastic material will no be contaminated. Accuracy ±0.5%

2. Rotating mixing shaft undergoes balancing test, the machine runs stable without vibration.

3. The sealant adopts metal labyrinth sealing, inflatable sealing and oil sealing. All these sealing methods are to make sure no material leakage.

4. Ideal structure shorten the mixing time, cooling efficiency better, it can reach high output

5. Mixing machine is installed with electric-pulse dust collector to make a better environment
