Water Supply HDPE Pipe Extrusion Line
Dianmei machinery offers hdpe pipe extrusion line. Based on years development of plastic extruding machinery, HDPE pipe extruder line is a stable running machine in making HDPE pipe. The pipe extruder line layout is reasonable, the performance is well, the output pipe is made by plc control system.
1. Temperature control of PE pipe extrusion is accurate
2. Optimized screw design achieve a better melting pe material
3. Hard face gearbox with big torsion ensures screw rotating stable
4. Extruder machine frame body undergoes integrated plane process so levelling is guaranteed.
5. Vacuum tank and cooling tank install with water levelling sensor and water filters
6. Caterpillar haul off unit numbers from 2—12 caterpillars
This PE pipe production line adopts high efficiency single screw extruder, equipped with extrusion mould, vacuum tank, spray cooling tank, haul off, planetary cuter and controller by PLC system
