WPC Profile Extrusion Line
Dianmei Machinery produces WPC profile extrusion line. WPC extrusion line has two ways of production: one step way and two steps way: one step way mainly used to produce PVC wood plastic product, two steps way mainly used to extrude PP/PE wood plastic product. The screws and barrel is treated by bimetal treatment, wearable and anti-erode, featured in good plasticization, high capacity, energy saving and wood powder and the other wooden fibre can occupied high quantity as 50-70%. This equipment is an ideal choice for customers who want to produce wood tray, indoors and outdoors floor, fences, warehouse plate and outdoors decorative material and so on.
WPC Decking Production Line is mainly used for WPC Decking Wooden Plank extrusion. WPC Decking Wooden Plank is widely used in outdoor parks, outdoor pavilions, etc. The production line can select different specifications of conical twin-screw extruder according to different profiles and dies, and configure corresponding vacuum setting table, traction machine, cutting machine, turnover platform and other auxiliary equipment.
1. Extruder barrel is heated by cast aluminum coil and cooled by air cooling / oil cooling system, with fast and even heat transfer.
2. According to different formula, different screw structure can be selected to achieve the best plasticizing effect.
3. Gearbox and distribution box are made of bearing, imported oil seal, high-quality alloy steel and nitriding treatment.
4. Gearbox and distribution box are reinforced, with large transmission torque.
5. Vacuum calibration table adopts special vortex flow cooling system, which is convenient for cooling and shaping. The special horizontal tilt control and the unique three position adjustment control make the operation simple and better.
6. Haul off machine adopts the self-designed lifting technology and the back pressure control of the upper and lower tracks. It has the advantages of stable operation, high reliability, large traction force, automatic fixed length cutting, and equipped with dust recovery device.
7. The imported components are used in the main engine and auxiliary equipment to ensure the stability and reliability of the machine under long-term continuous operation.
The operation is simple and convenient, the overall technical level of the production staff is low, and the requirements for supporting die and extrusion molding equipment are relatively low.
